You will be asked to agree to the following terms and conditions during the booking process in order to successfully reserve studio space with Dogfox Studios.

1. You agree to provide credit card information (“damage authorization”) after check out which will be stored securely by our payment provider for a period of up to 6 months. You understand that if you do not do this your booking will be cancelled with no refund. We ask for your credit card information for the following purposes:

(a) If there is damage to Dogfox Studios equipment during your reservation you understand that you may be charged to replace, repair or otherwise return the equipment to working order.

(b) If you leave a mess or stains you may be charged a clean up fee or replacement fee.

2. You understand that Dogfox Studios and affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods, personal injury or death.

3. Cancellation Policy:

No refunds will be issued due to cancellation or no show.

If you cancel on the day of your reservation no refund or rescheduling option will be permitted. You may reserve a new time at our regular prices.

If you contact us within 24-48 hours of your reservation you forfeit half of your payment. The other half will be used towards a new reservation.

If you contact us with 48 hours or more notice, you may reschedule with no penalty unless your new reservation is longer or has a higher hourly rate, in which case you will be required to pay the difference.

4. HOUSE RULES – during your reservation you agree to abide by the following:

No drugs or alcohol permitted on the premises.

No parties or events are permitted

No smoking of any kind inside the studio. You may vape/smoke outside at least 20 feet away from the studio with the door closed.

Physical altercations and/or other acts of violence will not be tolerated. These actions will result in removal from the property and no refund will be issued.

Remove your shoes upon entering and lock door behind you.

If you need to wear shoes in the green screen area, please make sure you bring a second pair that are clean and are for use only inside the studio

No food or drinks permitted in the green screen or recording equipment areas

Food and drink consumption is permitted in the lounge area only (couch)

Clean up after yourself – wipe any spills, remove your garbage to waste bin located outside the studio.

Be mindful of your neighbours – keep the music/loud sounds inside.
