1. No drugs or alcohol permitted on the premises.

2. No parties or events are permitted.

3. No smoking of any kind inside the studio. You may vape/smoke outside at least 20 feet away from the studio with the door closed.

4. Physical altercations and/or other acts of violence will not be tolerated. These actions will result in removal from the property and no refund.

5. Remove your shoes upon entering and lock door behind you.

If you need to wear shoes in the green screen area, please make sure you bring a second pair of shoes that are clean and are for use only inside the studio.

6. No food or drinks permitted in the green screen or recording equipment areas.

7. Food and drink consumption is permitted in the lounge area only (couch).

8. Clean up after yourself – wipe any spills, remove your garbage to waste bin located outside the studio.

9. Be mindful of your neighbours – keep the music/loud sounds inside.

10. Credit card required upon booking. If there is damage to property or equipment your credit card may be charged.

Failure to adhere to rules may result in being removed from the premises with no refund.
